Even as a kid, I was always looking for a smarter way to get things done. Was it efficiency or just an elaborate attempt to avoid extra work? Probably a little of both. But the instinct stuck: question the process, find a better approach, and make more room for what matters.
My creative career began in high school with Photoshop CS3, FrontPage, and Adobe Dreamweaver. I went on to earn an associate’s degree in graphic and web design, then spent several years freelancing. Since then, I’ve held specialist, manager, and director roles, building social media accounts, strengthening SEO, developing marketing campaigns, and training teams of different sizes.
Across those roles, I kept coming back to the same challenge: how do we make great work easier to produce? I worked with my teams to create systems and processes that reduced unnecessary effort while keeping quality high. Efficiency became more than a favorite word—it became a way of thinking about design, leadership, and the everyday work behind a good result.
I discovered ChatGPT about two weeks after its release and immediately wanted to see what I could do with it. Since then, I’ve explored a wide range of AI platforms and models, using them to create content, build applications, and automate workflows. That curiosity has grown into a new career direction, bringing together my creative background, business experience, and lifelong habit of asking, “Could this work better?”
Today, I’m focused on building useful tools and making complicated processes easier for the people using them. AI has given me new ways to turn that instinct into something tangible. Working smarter has always been the goal. Now, it’s the work I love.
